The original image is bigger than this if the quality isn't high enough. I can also downsize the quality/size if the file is too large. (I tend to design with an extremely high pixel per inch ratio and on a large canvas to boot.)

This is a screenshot of a shader i made against a skybox. The shader is fully animated and uses Perlin noise to produce wave-patterns within a constricted variable range.
